Well The below is not Exactly a book Review but my feelings while reading the book

This is the 3rd book by Khalid hosseni after 'the Kite Runner' and The 'Thousand Splendid Sins''. Hosseni is known for his heart tearing tales, and this book is no exception. It start with a bang in the beginning where abudallah father is telling him and his sister Pari a story which is very engrossing and of course heart tearing tale.
What i like the most is that throughout the book you have to read between lines which reminded me of Paul coehlo so much.


If you think of the novel as one story with sub plots, then u might not like this book. But if you take this as a book with sevral Short stories then you will love it .Basically this books explore human emotions.

Its an emotional love story of a brother and sister. its a story of sister and sister . its a story of a Master and servant . each story is etched so beautifully. Each one of us can relate to some of the situations .
The longingness. when people leaves you for never to return and years pass by and they are there in your subconscious mind and keep coming now and the.

I was very much touched and impressed by the Wahdati's family part. The relationship between Nabi and Saboor and then Nila .So many things are left unsaid which also happens in our real life.

You meet people  in your life and they become part of your life and then one day you have to walk in different paths and then you loose connection with them, and after sometimes they are not so important, coz your life goes on. But then someday your see their photograph or see them out of sudden, it reminds you of all the wonderful memories u share with them once. The way you were inseparable and now they are no longer important to you & you to them.
You think of those memories sometimes even dropping a tear. Then you move on with your work.

Lot of time i ask myself ,why cant we keep in touch and be the same with all the people who have been part of our life? The person who was so important to you once has now become just a compressed file in your memory. This is what the book answer- you forget them and that is your blessing. If your are unable to forget all the people you have met ,you will be unable to live in this world.

Every people are playing a role in etching your life story . once their role is over they go but they change your story, some create sub stories and some brings a twist in your life tail but every important person alters the pattern of the story bringing change in the protagonist which is you.

So decide a Goal and play to the characters let people play their role. you just keep playing your role coz you don't know the End . So rather enjoy it.

As somebody has said :" Life is like  a novel .You don't know what's in there in the next page".

HOW GOOGLE EARN FROM ANDROID.

We all know very well that Google's mobile operating system Android comes free of cost to handset manufacturing companies.Also mobile companies are allowed to completely customize Android and sell in their platform. No wonder Android has become the top selling smartphone platform leaving behind apple's ios.

Google has spent huge money and time in developing Android. So the big question which i often used to wonder is that ''HOW DOES GOOGLE EARNS FROM ANDROID'. 

Well when Android was announced i searched the internet on how google is going to make money on android . i could not get any satisfactory answers . i also asked guys who own software companies and they said its earn money on advt what means Google popular PAY PER CLICK advertising model. well that make sense as Android comes with pre-loaded google own features and apps like Google search , you tube and Google maps. these features are in complete eco system of google PPC model . Yes thats true google makes millions through it but are we missing something?

One fine day i bought Samsung Galaxy TAb2 and wanted to download some app and then my sight went to the Masterstroke of google . The GOOGLE PLAY , the app store of Google. How did i miss this before. Google play is also the major source of revenue after advt. Its not unknown that Apple has banked millions of dollars form it app store. Hence now surpassing apple ios Google is banking heavily on its app store market. By giving Android for Free Google has created A WIN WIN situation for mobile companies like samsung, HTC, the Consumers and also for itself. Here take a look a how:


WIN SITUATION FOR COMPANIES
Previously mobile companies failed miserably to compete with Apple as they were unable to create an operating system which can be considered equivalent to  apple's ios. Now company like Samsung after shifting to android has become the topmost handset company. Moreover now they need not spend millions on R & D for operating system and can focus on developing  the hardware and design aspects.

WIN SITUATION FOR USERS
It is also a win situation for consumer who now no longer has to depend on the expensive iphone to get a amazing intuitive smartphone experience. Also it will break the monopoly of Apple which will have to either reduce its iphone cost or has to invent game changing technology in future. Either way it will benefit consumer.
The Learning Curve in shifting  new device will also be low as most of the devices (phone, tablets) will be based on Android.

WIN SITUATION FOR APP DEVELOPERS
As number of Android users is increasing every year companies developing app for android market place or Google play will be in rewarding position and Google sharing 70 percent revenue on app sales to the developers the companies are more than happy.

WIN SITUATION FOR ITSELF
Now i guess there is no need to explain this . FREE SOFTWARE = MORE USERS= BIGGER MARKET FOR APPS = MORE EXPOSURE TO ADVERTISERS = MORE REVENUE  .

Well i am sure everybody body is saying this to google '' I' m Feeling Lucky''.

Zindagi Na Mile Dobara - Movie Review

''The Slice of Life'' Was it ? Yeah Certainly, Ever since the first promo got aired i wanted to see this movie , It seems so right. The cast , the Locales , the Feeling and the title , but yes it did came to mind, will Zoya Akhtar the director will be able to pull this? Since her last film ''Luck by chance was a box office dud.

she has not just pulled but brilliantly honed the director's cap . ZNMD is a treat to watch.

Its a simple story about 3 Friends on a road trip to spain for a bachelor party and this road trip changes their life forever as the film takes you for a roller coaster ride of Emotions , Adventure and breathtaking locations of spain (the unexplored one too).

Performance wise all the actors , Hrithik Roshan as a Stock broker based in London, Farhan Akhtar as a copywriter for Ad agency , abhay deol as a businessman having a construction company, Katrina and Kalki did justice to their role , nassurudin shah in his small cameo super impress me with his powerful persona.

But the major highlight of the movie is its cinematography. the way the movie has been captured by cinematographer Carlos Catalan will leave you awe struck . i have never seen a sky dive scene shot so brilliantly.

the best part of the movie is the chemistry between the 3 heroes. their fights , gossips , humor and fun all look so real . you will feel its a 'Bromantic movie'.

But yes ZNMD does not have a conventional story. also its also not for ardent fans of Bollywood masala movie.

Its like a wine, which you will want to savor it constantly .
Its telling you to slow down in life and enjoy the smallest moments ,
its telling you to earn for living not to live for earning.
Its telling you to explore the world and come out of your fears .

And Yes Its Tells you ... that sometimes to Know Yourself You need To loose Yourself.

Cant Stop BLeeding BluE!

Indiaaaah india.. after 12 hours i can still hear the voices loud and clear. I cant forget it for my lifetime it seems.

I cant forget the last six which dhoni blasted across the boundry to give india the historic win.
I cant forget the tears ,in the eyes of the toughest Men in blue followed by thousands in Wankhede and Millions of indian.

Cricket truly unites india .

I thought we lost it when sehwag got out with a duck and Sachin with a 18 run .
I switched off the Tv but my mother who otherwise introvert and shy said ''We cant loose against srilanka on saturday ''.i questioned her reasoning and logic and she said LordHanuman burnt the lanka on saturday . well who dares to question the mythology.

And i all set with lord Hanuman on my mind for the match. Jai shri Ram

Cricket is truly a Religion.

Well post Match Victory india become hynotic .The neighbours dint bother the loud volume noise. The cops dint cared for 10 pm DJ and loundspeaker limit as they cant stop the whole nation.

i dared to got out to catch the glimpse of my beautiful and silent Nagpur city, and oh my ! what a Madness .
Again cricket made me dumb struck with the action around.

No carnival can compare this . Thousands of bikes with indian FLag ..roaring indiaaah india.
cars fill with people above the roof . people in full capacity in the boot of their car. trucks , autos , 3 wheelers fill with people .i witness all the festivals of india in 1 hour . Right from never stopping crackers of diwali , colours of holy and yes Janmasthmi too, as there were people above people .

Lots of shoba yatra type decorated vehicles. lots of bands(sandal) and they were all happy.

Struck in a traffic Jam Near shankar Nagar i witnessed all this sitting inside my car with my famlily, windows rolled up.

It came to my mind that this was no bollywood movie and no Political party can do this .

There were painted people , semi naked people . there were childrens there were adults .

BUT there were no Hindus, no Muslims no Sikh and Parsi .there were no Sc/St . No rich No poor.

Because for the first time i Could only find INDIANS..and they were all Bleeding Blue!.
